If my website and the internet is behaving itself, you should be automatically redirected back to your order page on my website once you have gone through the checkout process to download your purchases. You will also have had the option (not compulsory) to create your own customer account at the time of checking out your shopping basket so that you can come back at a later date to download your purchases. There is no limit on how many times you can download your files and they DO NOT expire like some websites!
Creating an account is very convenient, as you won’t have to keep entering your name and delivery address etc..each time you place an order and it will also ensure all your digital downloads are accessible from one easy to get to place!
If you did not get redirected back to my website, or you clicked away from the Paypal page before the redirection took place, or you did not create an account – you can still get access to your files. Here’s how.
1. When you made your purchase you should have received an automatic purchase confirmation email. This email also has clickable links to your purchased digital download files. Please check your spam or junk folders – sometimes your email will find its way there – but don’t worry, I won’t take it personally!
2. Getting into your account without a password – On the “My Account” page, (you can find the link on the Menu bar) where you can log in as a returning customer, there is a link you can click if you have forgotten your password or can’t remember setting one in the first place.
To reset your password, simply click the “Lost Your Password” link – and a reset email will be sent. Please remember to use the same email address as your PayPal account, otherwise my website won’t be able to link up your email address with your purchases. Once you receive the reset email – getting into your account to download all your purchased digital downloads will be easy!
