The Poppy Fairy

Hi Everyone,

This is my first official project for the IndigoBlu International Design Team blog. It’s a little bit different to what I normally create but was still a lot of fun. The whole process of creation was done at a leisurely pace over the period of two days. I was in no hurry!

I mainly used the new Wild Poppy and Big Butterfly #2 stamp sets and used only 4 paint colours. Banana Custard, Lime Marmalade, Ruby Slippers (Metallic) & Emerald City (Metallic).

It was a little complicated, but lots of fun once I’d worked out what needed to be created first. There is a particular order to get it right! If you’d like to watch the whole creation process from start to finish, click the YouTube link below.

To see what the other members of the International design time are creating why not pop on over to the IndigoBlu blog, where you can find lots of projects and inspiration from the team over the coming weeks and months.
