SHIPPING & DISPATCH
We aim to post/ship your order within 5 working days – excluding weekends and UK national holidays.
All orders are sent 1st Class via British Royal Mail. If you wish for your order to be sent via any other service such as courier or by tracked/recorded delivery please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to discuss additional shipping costs.
Reasonable care will be taken to ensure that your order reaches you undamaged and that adequate packaging is used in the shipping of your order. Bubble envelopes/hard backed envelopes normally are sufficient for most products sold on our website, however from time to time we may need to ship larger or irregular shaped items in boxes or wrapped in appropriate packaging.
We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for your order to reach you. Once it is handed over to the postal service it is literally out of our hands.
If your order is for a gift or you need it by a particular time, please ensure you place your order in adequate time for you to receive it. Orders being dispatched outside of the United Kingdom WILL TAKE LONGER to reach their destinations.
It is normal for orders shipped to Australia & New Zealand or the United States & Canada to take up to 3-4 weeks to reach their destination. This time can increase around busy postal times such as Christmas/Holidays.
If you feel that your order is overdue, please email us at email@example.com to discuss the matter. Please do not open disputes with PayPal before you have contacted us or given us chance to investigate the matter further. It is only fair and reasonable that you give us time to look into any issues before taking such action.
