Today I’m using a really cute image I found in a free magazine from our local pet shop! As soon as I saw it, inspiration struck and I knew exactly what I wanted to create! The trick was to translate it from the image in my head onto a real art journal page! I also used a napkin with a leaf pattern that I received in some happy mail some months ago! The colours used were Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Sprays in Fired Brick, Fossilized Amber & Spiced Marmalade. Click below to watch to watch the whole process from start to finish!
This is a mini collage art journal page I put together and recorded in one continuous shot…took approx 20 mins..quick and fun! Click below to watch!
A basic layered art journal page with some collage focal & text items. Layering with paint, stencils, ink and stamps to get a colourful looking page with minimal effort! To watch how I created my art journal page from start to finish, click the YouTube link below!

Plagued once again by a video camera that doesn’t record sound and very loud noise coming from the workmen outside the house digging up the road, my attempts to record decent audio sound is all in vain. Therefore for the next few videos, or until the workmen finish their digging and my replacement camera arrives from Amazon, I’m going to have to create sped-up videos with music rather than a voice-over.
