“Ain’t Nobody Here…” Mixed Media Collage Art Journal Page

Sometimes we see things or images that take us on a strange journey. Today I found an old image of a Victorian gentleman that reminded me of a rooster, mainly because of his wild unruly haircut!

So, I found an image of a rooster and combined the two using my Adobe Photoshop to make a quirky and whimsical art journal page that gently pokes fun at evolution.

Cute Can Be Creepy – Halloween(ish) Art Journal Page

Although my 7 Days of Halloween series has finished for 2018, I’m still in the mood for a little creepiness! I found some great creepy cute dolls heads on a public domain royalty free website so thought I’d use them for another spooky halloween(ish) art journal page!

“One Clown Short…” – Mixed Media Collage Art Journal Page

Today I’ve been playing in my large Dylusions Creative Journal with a new collage digi download set which is now available on my website – Click below for more information.

I’ve created a double page spread using some of the elements from the digi kit and used my Carnival 1 stencil to mimic and mirror the design elements on the page. To watch how I created my double page art journal layout, click the YouTube link below.
