After recently using my Gel plate for the first time in ages, I thought I’d have another play and create some Artist Postcards & Trading Cards using the Gel plate for my layered and textured backgrounds. Click below to watch how I created the postcards & trading cards from start to finish.
I haven’t made any Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) in ages and I was inspired by the seasonal colours I used in my last art journal page (see Day Dreamer post), so decided to create a small set of 6 artist trading cards using the same colour range or warm seasonal colours. Today I’m continuing with my 7 days of Halloween series and creating a set of 6 spooky mini mischief maker artist trading cards using mainly products from Tim Holtz & Halloween Idea-ology . The Artist Trading Cards if you’re not familiar are only 2.5″ x 3.5″ (64mm x 89mm) in size. They are cute mini works of individual art and are unique!
