There’s just enough time before the end of March to squeeze in one last heroine page in my collage art journal. This time I’ve chosen Dame Vera Lynn a formidable figure in UK wartime culture and history. Click below to watch how I created my collage art journal page from start to finish.
If you’ve never heard of Dame Vera and would like to hear her most famous song, click the YouTube video below.
It’s time to create another Heroes page in my Heroes & Heroines collage art journal for March! My chosen hero for March is William Morris, artist, designer, poet, author & social reformer. Click below to watch my full start to finish creation over on my YouTube channel.
It’s time to complete my 2nd Heroes & Heroines collage page for February and for this Hero I’ve picked one of my all time favourite authors; Victorian icon and social change activist Charles Dickens. Click below to watch the full start to finish process of my page’s creation.

It’s time to create my first Heroes & Heroines collage page for February and my first heroine for the month is Rosa Parks who was born on 4th February 1913. Rosa is perhaps famous for her civil rights activism in the 1950s and 1960s. More famous perhaps for not giving up her seat on the bus for a white passenger.
