Continuing with my exploration of the “Spotlight” technique, this time I’m playing with combining multiple spotlights in one art journal page to create a sort of triptych composition. Click the image below to watch my full creation process from start to finish on my YouTube channel.
I was in the mood to create something today, but didn’t want to create anything big or major – so I dipped into my stamp collection to create a set of 6 Artist Trading Cards (ATCs). The stamp I’ve used is the IndigoBlu Collectors Edition No9 “Bumblebee” stamp and some 300gsm (140lb) watercolour cardstock. The ATCs measure 2.5″(w) x 3.5″(h) and are a really fun way to create something even when you’re not really in the mood to create anything more complicated! Plus they’re fun to give away or swap with your friends!

These are the A6/A2 cards I made recently for my last IndigoBlu Design Team project. I used a new release stamp set from Indigoblu – I never shared the process video – until now!
