Page 5 – Volume of the Dolls “Love This Life”

“Love this Life”

Today it’s heavy rain and strong winds outside my window, so I really don’t want to venture outside for any reason at all. I’d much rather stay inside where it’s warm and cozy and create an art journal page in my Volume of the Dolls with some happy and bright colours, with some Tim Holtz paper dolls and a little grunge and distress thrown in for good measure!

The two stencils I’ve used in this double page spread are my two new designs for January. Links can be found below!

Thank You Fairy Much – Batch Made Cards

Today I’m batch making some small mixed media “Thank You” cards using a very, very old Tim Holtz stamp set called “Winged Things” as my focal points! Even though this is a really old stamp set, it’s still available to purchase from the Stampers Anonymous website today! Click HERE if you’re interested!

The cards are A6 (Euro) A2 (USA) in size and are handy little things to send out in the post as thank you notes!

To watch how I created mine from start to finish, click the YouTube link below! It’s a fairly long video, just over an hour so I suggest you make yourself comfy and grab a hot drink!
